The rules of reservation and stay hotel Tidbloms Gothenburg

Accommodation rules

  1. Your room will be ready on the day of your arrival from 3.00 p.m. onwards.
  2. Check-out time: 12 noon.
  3. Room rate includes value added tax (VAT).
  4. Room rate includes breakfast&dinner served in the hotel restaurant.
  5. Room at the hotel is provided after presenting a valid identification document, for non EU citizens a valid passport. The hotel will take a photocopy of the document and this copy will be destroyed after check out.

Extra charge

  1. Children under 5 years inclusive are accommodated free of charge in one room with parents without extra bed. For accommodation of children over 5 years and adults, an additional fee is charged in the room according to the hotel price list. The cost can be found by contacting the hotel or the central reservation department, and also via the booking module on the website reikartz.com
  2. The Guest has the right to invite visitors to his/her room from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm. If the visitor stays in the room after 11:00, the Guest must pay the difference between double and single accommodation in case the Guest has already payed only for single accommodation. If two Guests have already been registered in the room, the Guest will be charged according to the hotel's price list for accommodating adults with extra bed in the room.
  3. The guest is obliged to reimburse the hotel losses in case of loss or damage to the hotel property, and is also responsible for violations inflicted by the persons invited by him/her. The amount of damage is determined by the administration.

No smoking

  1. All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. In the premises of the Reikartz Hotel Group, smoking of tobacco products is prohibited, except in specially designated places.
  2. A penalty of SEK 2000 will be charged if smoking is done inside the room. Designated areas of smoking is provided outside the hotel.

Early check-in / Late check-out

  1. Early check-in before 06:00 am — 100% of room rate (breakfast is included).
  2. Early check-in between 06:00 am and 02:00 pm — 50% of room rate (breakfast is included).
  3. Late check-out between 01:00 pm and 11:00 pm - hourly rate is taken as 10% of the room rate.

Terms of payment

  1. Payment must due upon arrival. You can pay by cash, credit card or make a pre-authorization of your credit card.
  2. Private reservation made on the site initially has the status of non-guaranteed. Non-guaranteed reservation is valid until 6:00 pm the day before arrival at the hotel. The hotel has a right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations in case of delayed payment.
  3. You can confirm your reservation by making prepayment via credit card for the 1 night stay. The prepayment will not be returned in case of no show at hotel or reservation cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in. By reservation confirmation guest accepts and agrees with the above-mentioned conditions, including cancellation procedure and no show rules.
  4. All prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK).

Cancellations

  1. Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to arrival at hotel (not later than 02:00 pm) is free.
  2. You can cancel reservation by sending an  email: reservation@hg.reikartz.com
  3. In case if Guest does not arrive at the Hotel or cancels the reservation later than 24 hours before  check-in date to the Hotel, the amount of the prepayment is not returned and is considered a penalty paid in favor of the Hotel.

It is prohibited in the hotel

  1. To carry out of the restaurant dishes, cutlery, food and drinks without prior approval from the restaurant administration.
  2. To bring and store in the hotel (room) substances, materials and objects, dangerous to human life.
  3. Leave room to unknown persons (persons who did not complete and did not sign the guest registration card), and pass them the keys to the rooms.
  4. To use electric heating appliances, not included in room equipment.
  5. To use hotel and room equipment for other purposes.
  6. To make noise and disturb hotel guests after 11:00 pm.
  7. To bring and store fire, gas, pneumatic and other weapons on the territory of the hotel.

Pet policy

  1. Guests with pets are allowed to stay in all hotels of the chain Reikartz Hotels & Resorts.The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to those travelling with pets.
  2. In the case of dogs, only non-fighting breeds are allowed to be kept in hotel accommodation. The hotel charges SEK 200 as extra charge per night for a pet room.
  3. Hotel guests with pets are required to have their pets vaccinated and have a pet passport and a veterinary certificate containing details of all vaccinations.
