Optima Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with Nova Poshta, has launched a new convenient service called “Free Hands.”
This service allows guests to leave their luggage at the hotel and have it delivered to any convenient Nova Poshta branch at their destination.

Now you can take a business trip or vacation without carrying heavy suitcases — and we’ll handle the delivery.

How it works:

1. Scan the QR code at the hotel reception and enter the delivery address.
2. Take a sticker, write the shipment number, and attach it to your luggage.
3. Leave your luggage at the reception and enjoy travelling with free hands!
