The VitaPark Polyana hotel is nestled in the picturesque valley of the River Pynya located in the Svalyava basin (in the foothills of the Ukrainian Carpathians). The spa resorts village of Polyana, where the hotel is situated, is at 320 meters above sea level. The hotel accommodates an SPA & Wellness Center specializing in mud treatment and spa therapy.

VitaPark Polyana enhances its wellness capabilities with the appointment of a head physician who will provide you with a comprehensive approach to health and recovery during your holiday.

The price of the room includes: accommodation, meals (depending on the selected tariff), "Prosecco for breakfast", indoor pool, outdoor heated pool (open seasonally), outdoor heated children's pool (open seasonally), sauna, gym, oral consultation beautician (by appointment), doctor's consultation, children's and playroom, children's playground, Wi-Fi, "Polyana Kvasova" mineral water, parking, guided hikes, taxes (except tourist tax).

It offers guests 48 modern rooms of various types: “Classic”, “Attic Suite”, “Standard“, “Suite”, “Superior”, and “Standard”.

The hotel's Spa & Wellness Center provides solarium facilities, massage therapy, physical therapy, mud treatment and spa therapy and modern methods of rejuvenation: bio revitalization and mesotherapy. In VitaPark Polyana young guests can be entertained in the game room, playground, and swimming pool. On-site parking is available for 30 cars.
The hotel provides a place for staff and guests to stay during an alarm.

For an active rest resort, VitaPark in Polyana offers a gym, ski slopes, sightseeing tours, and mountain hiking with a guide (5 routes of varying difficulty).

From January 1, 2019, the local council decided to set a tourist tax rate of 0.5% — for residents (domestic tourism) and 1% — for non-residents (inbound tourism) of the minimum wage established by law on January 1 of the reporting year per year for one person for each day of temporary accommodation in the hotel.

Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without an extra bed. Upon request, a child under 5 years old can be accommodated on an extra bed for 350 UAH*. The cost of accommodation for children over 5 years old and adults on an extra bed is 600 UAH with breakfast and 850 UAH for half board.

*This rate is valid in situations where guests do not want to share a bed with their parents and a cot is not suitable, is:
- if a child under 5 years old sleeps with his/her parents, the accommodation is free of charge,
- a cot for a child is free of charge
- if a cot is not suitable and an extra bed is needed - the cost is 350 UAH
