

For many tourists, downhill skiing is surely one of the main reasons to visit Zakarpattia in winter. The "VitaPark Poliana" is approximately 100 meters away from the nearest ski lift. We would be happy to organize a transfer to other ski locations.
Ski Lift in Zdeniyevo - They are located 30 kilometers away from the "VitaPark Poliana"
It is located in the western part of the Ukrainian Carpathians at a height of 542 meters above sea level, in the picturesque surroundings of the rich forest on the bank of the River Zdeniyevka.

There are ski runs for beginners and children. It should be borne in mind that the Uzhok Resort is often referred to as the village of Volosyanka, which is shown on most maps, while the village of Uzhok is too small and it is often hard for tourists to find its location.

The Podobovets Ski Resort - It is located 62 kilometers away from the "VitaPark Poliana".
The Podobovets Ski Resort is set in a beautiful mountain village on the border with the Volovets District, at the foot of Mount Velykyy Verkh (at 950 meters above sea level). It is considered one of the best ski resorts in Ukraine.
There are several ski runs with a total length of up to 2,500 meters.
- The upper part of the slopes is suitable for advanced skiers and snowboarders, while beginners are advised to use the middle slopes.
- There is a 400 meter long nursery ski slope.

Pylypets Ski Resort - is located 65 kilometers away from the "VitaPark Poliana".
The Pylypets Ski Resort is set in one of the largest villages in the Mizhhirya District at an altitude of approximately 700-750 meters, on the banks of a mountain stream. It is renowned for its spectacular mountain scenery. The resort is home to the longest ski slope in Ukraine (4,000 m). Snow lies from December to April. It is here that the tourist route to the picturesque Shypit waterfall starts.
Types of ski runs:
- There are a large number of runs on Mount Gemba with a total length of more than 20,000 meters. The longest is over 6,000 m.
- There are 4 ski runs on Mount Zhyd Magura. The longest is 1,500 m.

Plai Ski Resort - It is located 90 kilometers away from the "VitaPark Poliana".
Nestled at the foot of Mount Plai, the resort is situated between Uzhgorod and Lviv, near the village of Plavye, 300 meters away from the Kyiv to Chop Highway. It is one of the fastest growing ski resorts in Ukraine. Unlike other popular skiing destinations, it has an integrated infrastructure and facilities with cutting edge equipment. In addition, a large museum complex is being built here. In the near future it is planned to open a new indoor sports complex.
There are 6 main ski runs with a total length of up to 1,200 meters.

Mount Trostyan is the main attraction in the village of Slavske. This is one of the first ski resorts in Ukraine. It hosts all-Ukrainian alpine skiing competitions and provides training facilities for the Ukrainian Olympic team.
The resort is suitable for skiers of all levels.
There are claimed to be 11 ski runs with a total length of 22 km, including 6 international ski slopes approved by the International Ski Federation (FIS):
- 2 slalom runs (men's and women's)
- 2 giant slalom runs (men's and women's)
- 2 super giant slalom runs (men's and women's)
- The upper part of the slopes are steep (40-50°). They are suitable for intermediate and advanced skiers.
- At an altitude of 1,050 meters, the slopes are mainly gentle (30-35°). They are suitable for less experienced skiers and beginners.

The resort is nestled at the foot of Mount Trostyan, in the valley of the Rivers Opir and Slava surrounded by the Beskid Mountains. It is reputed to be one of the most popular ski resorts in Ukraine. In Slavske there are several ski mountains, with several ski slopes approved by the International Ski Federation. Some of the ski runs are equipped with an artificial snow making system.

- The upper part of the slopes are steep (40-50°). They are suitable for intermediate and advanced skiers.

Mizhhirya is a picturesque village nestled in the valley surrounded by the mountains of Kamenka (1,587 m) and Kuk (1,365 m), on the bank of the River Rika crossed by Borzhava Dam and Krasna Dam. It is here that many popular tourist route start: Lake Synevyr, Tereble-Ritska Hydropower Station, Shypit Falls, Museum of Timber Rafting.

Mount Krasiya - It is located 100 kilometers away from the "VitaPark Poliana".
Krasiya (1,036 m) is the ideal place for skiing. The ski slopes of Mount Krasiya are very convenient for both beginners and professionals. The ski season normally runs from early December to mid-April. Some of the ski runs are equipped with an artificial snow making system.
On Mount Krasiya there are five runs varying in length from 300 to 2,500 meters. They are suitable for beginners and advanced skiers alike. All slopes are gentle. The width of ski runs ranges from 100 to 250 meters.
Here lies one of the longest ski runs in Ukraine, its length being more than 3.5 km.
