The main healing factor of the famous balneological resorts is mineral water.
The most effective is the use of mineral waters in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and the pathology of metabolism. Most often used in this composition is unique in its composition and properties are known in Ukraine and far beyond the therapeutic boron medium-mineralized hydro carbonate-sodium mineral water "Polyana Kvasova". Mineral water components are involved in complex physical and chemical processes of metabolism, which is manifested by the normalization of gastric secretion, improvement of bile-forming and bile-secreting function, intestinal motor function, and anti-inflammatory effect on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract.
Mineral water in "VitaPark Polyana" is used both internally and for baths.

From January 1, 2019, the local council decided to set a tourist tax rate of 0.5% — for residents (domestic tourism) and 1% — for non-residents (inbound tourism) of the minimum wage established by law on January 1 of the reporting year per year for one person for each day of temporary accommodation in the hotel.
The format of the meal depends on the selected tariff. Depending on the occupancy (less than 10 guests), the hotel/restaurant reserves the right to change the format of the meal (from a buffet to another meal format of the appropriate level). Such a change is not a violation of the terms of service.
Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without an extra bed. Upon request, a child under 5 years old can be accommodated on an extra bed for 350 UAH*. The cost of accommodation for children over 5 years old and adults on an extra bed is 600 UAH with breakfast and 850 UAH for half board.
*This rate is valid in situations where guests do not want to share a bed with their parents and a cot is not suitable, is:
- if a child under 5 years old sleeps with his/her parents, the accommodation is free of charge,
- a cot for a child is free of charge
- if a cot is not suitable and an extra bed is needed - the cost is 350 UAH
