- The physical certificate can be purchased for cash, using a payment card in the hotels of the chain*, by bank transfer
- An electronic certificate can be purchased by bank transfer, upon receipt of an invoice to the guest's email address.
- The minimum amount of the certificate order is 500 UAH.
- When ordering a gift certificate (electronic or physical), the certificate is sent to the guest’s email or postal address only after payment has been made according to the issued invoice. Please note that certificate orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The processing and delivery time for an electronic certificate is 1–2 business days.
- When ordering a physical certificate, the guest may choose to have it delivered to an active Nova Poshta branch. Delivery is charged according to Nova Poshta’s rates and must be paid separately by the guest. The average processing and delivery time for a physical certificate is 2–3 business days.

- If the amount of the check exceeds the face value of the certificate, the difference will be paid at the hotel.
- If the amount of the receipt is less than the face value of the certificate, the balance can be used for additional hotel services: restaurant (excluding the purchase of alcohol/tobacco products, conference meals), SPA.

- Certificates are valid for 24 months from the date of activation. The activation date is indicated on the certificate itself. After the certificate expires, it cannot be used.
- The certificate is non-refundable and non-renewable in case of loss.
- The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The certificate's face value cannot be divided into several different payments.
- The certificate is valid for accommodation services in the hotels of Optima Hotels & Resorts.
- The certificate can be used only in the hotels of the Optima Hotels & Resorts chain. The certificate is not valid in the hotels of the UA Hotel Alliance marketing network and at the Optima Collection Chernihiv hotel.
- The tourist tax is paid additionally and is a local tax, the proceeds of which are credited to the local budget. A prerequisite for exemption from paying the tourist tax is the presence of a travel order from the guest upon arrival.
