Conference Halls at Zhytomyr by Optima

Zhytomyr by Optima offers 4 conference halls of different capacities for business events, conferences, trainings, seminars, presentations, banquets, and receptions:

• Grand Conference Hall — up to 300 guests
• Polissia Conference Hall — up to 150 guests
• Teteriv Conference Hall — up to 150 guests
• Zamkovyi Conference Hall — up to 70 guests

All halls are located on the 2nd floor and have windows. Wi-Fi and wired Internet access are available for guests’ convenience. The halls are equipped with a projector, screen, and built-in sound system.

A flipchart, two microphones, and a clicker are available upon request.

Banquets, receptions, and coffee breaks can also be arranged, making it possible to host the entire event in one place — from the business programme to informal networking after the event.
