The rules of reservation and stay Campus Inspire Khmelnytskyi

1. The room will be ready for your arrival on the day of check-in starting at 2:00 p.m.
2. Estimated time: 12:00 o'clock on the date of departure.
3. Payment is charged per day of stay according to the estimated time.
4. When staying for less than a day, payment is made for a full billing day in accordance with the established time of settlement and billing hour.
5. If the Guest warns about early departure (compared to the booked period of stay) less than 24 hours before the date of actual departure, the Guest undertakes to pay a penalty in the amount of one day of stay and services actually provided.
6. The price of the room is given taking into account taxes, with the exception of the tourist tax.
7. The room is provided to the guest upon presentation of a passport or other identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, diplomatic or official passport, ID card of a crew member, ID card of a seafarer, residence card of a person living in of Ukraine, but is not a citizen of Ukraine, a national passport of a foreigner or a document that replaces it and a visa for the right to stay in Ukraine, a birth certificate for minors who have not reached the age of 16, a driver's license, for military personnel - an identity card or a military card, a certificate, which was issued at the consumer's place of work, etc.), as well as a completed and signed guest registration card.Identity documents must be provided for each Guest staying in the room (including children).

1. Children up to 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same room as their parents without providing an additional bed. Accommodation of children over 5 years old and adults on an additional place in the room and providing children under 5 years of age with an additional place in the room is charged according to the price list. 2. The guest has the right to invite visitors to his room from 07:00 to 23:00. If the visitor stayed in the room after 11:00 p.m., the guest must pay the difference between double and single occupancy if the Guest paid only for single occupancy. If two Guests have already been registered in the room, an extra bed for adults will be charged according to the price list.To settle in a room, the visitor must provide a document certifying his identity.
3. The guest is obliged to compensate for damages in case of loss or damage to property, and is also responsible for violations caused by persons invited by him (visitors). The amount of damage is determined by the administration.

1. Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs in the rooms and on the territory of the entire Campus (corridors, halls, etc.) is not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in a designated area.
2. For smoking in prohibited places, the Guest undertakes to pay a fine of 50% of the room price per day for each violation.

1. Early check-in from 00:00 to 06:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay in the room.
2. Early check-in from 06:00 to 14:00 — 50% of the cost of a day's stay in the room.
3. Late check-out after 1:00 p.m. and before 11:00 p.m. is charged additionally in the amount of 10% of the daily cost per hour.

1. Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in or before check-in. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, etc.
2. A private reservation made on the website initially has a non-guaranteed status. Non-guaranteed bookings are valid until 18:00 on the previous day of arrival. The administration reserves the right to cancel a non-guaranteed reservation in case of late payment.
3. You can make your reservation guaranteed by paying with a bank card in the amount of the cost of 1 day's stay and the rate of the tourist tax. If you do not check in or cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, the subscription amount is not refundable.
4. By confirming the room reservation, the guest agrees to the above conditions, including the order cancellation and no-show rules.
5. Prices are indicated in hryvnias. Payment for accommodation is made in hryvnias. We accept payment in cash, bank transfer or bank cards of international payment systems: Visa, Master Card, American express, etc.*
6. The price does not include the tourist tax introduced by the administration of the cities of Ukraine. The tourist tax is paid separately.
7. Non-refundable tariff - online tariff with full advance payment of the service at the set time from the moment of booking.

Payment is accepted only by credit card.

The non-refundable rate is valid for advance booking and 100% advance payment of accommodation, it cannot be combined with other special offers and discounts. In case of cancellation, non-arrival or shortening of stay, no refund is provided for this rate.

The extension of the guest's stay is carried out at the current tariff in effect at the time of extension.

Additional discounts do not apply to this special offer.

Loyalty cards do not apply to this special offer.

When choosing a non-refundable rate, the guest automatically agrees to these rules.

1. The tourist tax is a local tax, the funds from which are credited to the local budget.
   Payers of the tax:
   The taxpayers are citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, as well as stateless persons who arrive in the territory of an administrative-territorial unit, which has a decision of a village, town, city council or council of a united territorial community, established in accordance with the law and a prospective plan for the formation of community territories, on the establishment of a tourist tax, and temporarily placed in places of residence (overnight), defined by subparagraph 268.5.1 of paragraph 268.5 of Article 258 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

To ensure that the tourist fee will not be included to the bill when reservation is paid by bank transfer, it is necessary that a scan of the order for a business trip will be sent with the reservation application to the reservation department. Otherwise, the tourist tax will be included to the bill.

1. Cancellation of the reservation earlier than 24 hours before the date of arrival is free of charge.

3. In case of cancellation of the reservation later than 24 hours before the check-in date or in case of no-check-in, the subscription amount is not refunded.

2. Bringing and storing substances, materials and objects dangerous to human life.
3. To leave outside persons in the room (persons who did not fill out and sign the guest registration card), as well as give them room keys.
4. Use electronic heating devices that are not included in the room equipment.
5. Use equipment and rooms for other purposes.
6. Disturbing the peace of residents after 10:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.
7. To bring and store on the territory of the Campus firearms, gas, pneumatic and other types of weapons, special means, combat supplies, devices and cartridges for them. If the Guest has weapons, special equipment, ammunition and ammunition for them, the administration has the right to refuse accommodation.

1. Only small dogs of non-fighting breeds are allowed in Optima Hotels and Resorts. The administration reserves the right to refuse the accommodation of a Guest with an animal.
2. The stay of an animal is allowed in the number of no more than two in one room. The cost of accommodation for each animal is 50% of the cost of 1 day of single accommodation (regardless of the length of stay of the Guest).
3. Guests who come to vacation with animals must have the animal's passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations that were given to the animal.
4. Accommodation with animals is possible with the prior agreement of the administration and only in certain rooms. Accommodation with other animals is prohibited!
