Place of stay during an alarm: 5 meters from the hotel, a semi-basement room in a neighboring building, can accommodate up to 30 people.

The room rate includes: accommodation, buffet breakfast*, Wi-Fi, on-site parking for 55 cars and at the entrance to the hotel, taxes (except for tourist tax).
* The format of the meal depends on the selected tariff. Depending on the occupancy (less than 10 guests), the hotel/restaurant reserves the right to change the format of the meal (from a buffet to another meal format of the appropriate level). Such a change is not a violation of the terms of service.
Starting from 1 January 2019, the local council has established a tourist tax rate of 0.3% for residents (domestic tourism) and 1% for non-residents (inbound tourism) of the minimum wage established by law as of 1 January of the reporting year for one person for each day of temporary accommodation in the hotel.
The cost of accommodation for children over 5 years old and adults on an extra bed is 400 UAH without breakfast and 570 UAH with breakfast.
*** Children under 5 years of age inclusive are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without providing an extra bed.
