Travel without heavy luggage — we’ll take care of it for you!
Optima Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with Nova Poshta, has launched a new convenient service called “Free Hands.”
This service allows guests to leave their luggage at the hotel and have it delivered to any convenient Nova Poshta branch at their destination.

Now you can take a business trip or vacation without carrying heavy suitcases — and we’ll handle the delivery.

How it works:

1. Scan the QR code at the hotel reception and enter the delivery address.
2. Take a sticker, write the shipment number, and attach it to your luggage.
3. Leave your luggage at the reception and enjoy travelling with free hands!

We Stand Together. We Support. We Are Grateful.

Since May 3, 2022, the Optima Hotels & Resorts team has officially declared its support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since then, our assistance has continued with daily — monthly initiatives, essential supplies, equipment purchases, logistics support, and joint efforts across our entire hotel network.

Financial Aid and Unit Support

In 2024–2025, through the combined efforts of hotel teams from Kyiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Vinnytsia, Sumy, and other cities, we directed ₴5,315,705 to support the military.

Procured items included:

• 5 FPV drones

• 3 thermal imaging cameras

• 15 EcoFlow charging stations

• 50+ pairs of footwear

• 50+ sets of clothing

• 25 ballistic protection kits

• 20+ body armour vests

• Medications worth ₴237,000

• Military vehicle repairs worth ₴283,000

• 1,600 sets of freeze-dried meals

Additionally: ghillie suits, tactical vests, tablets, thermal underwear, sleeping bags, helmets, ponchos, tourniquets, and more.

We provided targeted aid to specific Ukrainian military units, including:

• 31st, 32nd, 65th Mechanized Brigades

• 36th Marine Brigade

• 3rd Separate Assault Brigade

• 80th Airborne Assault Brigade

• 61st Rifle Battalion of the 104th Territorial Defense Brigade

• 138th Air Defense Brigade & 138th SAM Battalion

• 108th, 112th, 119th, 135th Battalions of the 114th & 100th TDF

• 114th SOF Centre

• National Guard units: “Bureviy”, “Azov”, 8th SOF Regiment

• International Legion of the Defence Intelligence

• 199th Training Centre of the Airmobile Forces

• 2nd Assault Battalion of the 95th Airborne Brigade

• 55th Electronic Warfare Support Centre

We also support the families of our employees who are defending Ukraine. Optima is not just about service — it’s about people.

Charity Events and Partnerships

Optima Hotels & Resorts has been a reliable partner in organising charitable gastronomic evenings, which have proven to be an effective way to raise funds for the Armed Forces.

In 2024–2025, with our support, the following funds were raised:

• Lviv (15.06.2024) — ₴5,100,870 + 20 FPV drones

• Vinnytsia (28.09.2024) — ₴1,945,000 + Starlink + 11 FPV drones

• Kropyvnytskyi (26.10.2024) — ₴2,146,326

• Rivne (19.12.2024) — ₴23,700,000

• Cherkasy (25.04.2025) — ₴1,400,000 + 1 electronic warfare system + 6 FPV drones
