The rules of reservation and stay of hotel Optima Collection Miramar Chornomorsk

1. Children under 5 years inclusive are accommodated free of charge in one room with parents without extra bed. For accommodation of children over 5 years, adults, and for the extra bed in the room for children under 5 years an additional fee is charged in the room according to the hotel price list. The cost can be found by contacting the hotel or the central reservation department, and also via the booking module on the website optimahotels.com.ua
2. The Guest has the right to invite visitors to his/her room from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm. If the visitor stays in the room after 11:00, the Guest must pay the difference between double and single accommodation in case the Guest has already paid only for single accommodation. If two Guests have already been registered in the room, the Guest will be charged according to the hotel's price list for accommodating adults with extra beds in the room. The visitor should submit an identity document to be accommodated in the hotel. 
3. The Guest is obliged to compensate the damage to the hotel in case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, and is also responsible for the violation, caused by invited persons (visitors). The damage is determined by the hotel administration.

1. Smoking tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs throughout the hotel (in rooms, corridors, lounges and restaurants, etc.) is not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in a specially designated place.
2. For smoking in prohibited places, the Guest undertakes to pay a penalty of 50% of the value of the Room per day for each violation.

1. Early check-in from 00:00 am to 06:00 am is paid additionally at the rate of 100% cost of the stay (breakfast is included in the price)..
2. Early check-in from 06:00 am to 02:00 pm is paid additionally at the rate of 50% cost of the stay (breakfast is included in the price).
3. Late check-out between 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. is paid additionally at the rate of 10% of the daily rate per hour.

1. Payment for accommodation is made upon arrival or before arrival. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, etc.
2. Payment terms:
   ► Private bookings for groups of up to 10 people made on the website are initially non-guaranteed. You can make your booking guaranteed by making a payment by credit card in the amount of 2 nights of accommodation within 3 days of booking. If payment is not made, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
   When booking less than:
   •  21 days before arrival – a prepayment of 50% of the booking amount is required.
   • 15 days before arrival – a prepayment of 100% of the booking amount is required.
   ► Bookings for 10 people or more: made on the website are initially non-guaranteed. You can make your booking guaranteed by making a payment by credit card in the amount of 20% of the booking amount within 5 days of booking. If payment is not made, the booking will be automatically cancelled. When booking less than 35 days before arrival - 100% payment is required to guarantee the reservation.
   In case of cancellation of the reservation or non-arrival at the hotel, penalties will be charged as stipulated in the cancellation conditions.
3. By confirming your reservation at the hotel, the guest agrees to the above conditions, including the cancellation procedure and the rules that apply in case of no-show.
4. Prices are indicated in hryvnias. Payment for accommodation is made in hryvnias. We accept payment in cash, bank transfer or bank cards of international payment systems: Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc.
5. The room rate does not include the tourist tax introduced by the administration of Ukrainian cities. The tourist tax is paid separately.

Non-refundable rate - online rate with full advance payment for the service, at the specified time from the moment of booking.

Non-refundable rate is valid in all business hotels of the network and includes breakfast.

Payment is accepted only by credit card.

The non-refundable rate is valid for advance booking and 100% prepayment of accommodation, and cannot be combined with other special offers and discounts. In case of cancellation, no-show or shortening of stay, there is no refund for this rate.

The guest's stay is extended at the current rate in effect at the time of extension.

Additional discounts do not apply to this special offer.

Loyalty cards do not apply to this special offer.

By choosing a non-refundable rate, the guest automatically agrees to these rules.

1. The tourist tax is a local tax, the funds from which are credited to the local budget.
   Payers of the tax:
   The taxpayers are citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, as well as stateless persons who arrive in the territory of an administrative-territorial unit, which has a decision of a village, town, city council or council of a united territorial community, established in accordance with the law and a prospective plan for the formation of community territories, on the establishment of a tourist tax, and temporarily placed in places of residence (overnight), defined by subparagraph 268.5.1 of paragraph 268.5 of Article 258 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

6. A prerequisite for exemption from paying a tourist tax is the availability of an order for a business trip with the Guest upon arrival and / or providing its scan upon reservation. To ensure that the tourist fee will not be included to the bill when reservation is paid by bank transfer, it is necessary that a scan of the order for a business trip will be sent with the reservation application to the reservation department. Otherwise, the tourist tax will be included to the bill.

1. Cancellation for groups of up to 10 people:
   1. Cancellation of reservation earlier than 21 days before arrival date is free of charge.
   2. Cancellation of reservation earlier than 14-20 days before arrival - 50% penalty.
   3. Cancellation of reservation earlier than 13 days before arrival - 100% penalty
2. Cancellation of reservation earlier than 10 people:
   1. ​​​​​​Cancellation of reservation earlier than 31 days before arrival date is free of charge.
   2. Cancellation of reservation earlier than 31-21 days before arrival - 50% penalty.
   3. Cancellation of reservation less than 21 days before arrival - 100% penalty

4. By confirming a hotel room reservation, the guest agrees to the above terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy and no-show policy.

1. To carry out of the restaurant dishes, cutlery, food and drinks without prior approval from the restaurant administration.
2. To bring and store in the hotel (room) substances, materials and objects, dangerous to human life.
3. Leave room to unknown persons (persons who did not complete and did not sign the guest registration card), and pass them the keys to the rooms.
4. To use electric heating appliances, not included in room equipment.
5. To use hotel and room equipment for other purposes.
6. To make noise and disturb hotel guests after 10:00 pm and until 08 a.m.
7. To bring and keep firearms, gas, pneumatic and other weapons, special equipment, armament, devices and ammunitions for them on the territory of the hotel. In case if the Guest has any kind of the weapon, special devices and means, ammunitions and bullets for them the hotel has the right to refuse of settlement.

1. Animals allowed in the hotel include all pets except dogs of breeds approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as "dangerous dog breeds" (Resolution No. 1164 of November 10, 2021).
2. Accommodation of animals in the hotel is allowed in an amount of no more than two in one room. The cost of accommodation of one animal is a fixed cost of UAH 500 per day. The cost includes a bed, bowl and tray/diaper.
3. Guests who arrive at the hotel for a vacation with animals must have a pet passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations that the animal has received.
4. Accommodation with animals is possible with the prior agreement of the head of the Complex and only in separate rooms.
