The room rate includes accommodation, breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, and taxes (except tourist tax). From April 1, 2019, the local council established the following tourist tax rate of 0.25% (11.81 UAH) when placed in rooms that cost up to 600 UAH / day and 0.5% (23.62 UAH) when placed in rooms that cost more than 601 UAH / day of the minimum wage established by the law on January 1 of the reporting year for one person for each day of temporary accommodation of a person in a hotel.

Children up to 5 years are allowed to stay with their parents for free, with no extra beds provided. The cost of placing children over 5 years old and adults on an extra bed is 440 UAH, including breakfast, and 300 UAH, without breakfast.
