Optima Collection Zhytomyr
During this period, I was able to observe at first hand how smoothly and efficiently the hotel operates.
This is primarily due to the outstanding staff at the hotel, from the cleaning staff to the management, all of whom performed their duties with a smile and good grace. Nothing was too much trouble. When we
booked an additional 28 rooms for people staying for a much shorter period, it was done confidently in the knowledge that there would be no problems. That was indeed the case, and several people remarked
afterwards how impressed they were with the staff and the hotel in general.
I am rarely moved to put pen to paper in this manner, but felt that it was important to acknowledge the high level of service I experienced. Not only does this reflect well on the staff, but also on the Reikartz Group and Ukraine. A company that manages to produce such excellent staff and high standards cannot fail to succeed.
It is a little invidious to single staff out, but I reserve my highest praise for Marina, one of the hotel receptionists. Her demeanour and attitude were exemplary, and dealing with her was an absolute pleasure.
I shall miss staying at the Reikartz in Zhytomyr, which became my home from home, and will tell all those I meet how much I enjoyed the experience. I have travelled in many countries and stayed in many hotels, but there are very few which I will remember with such fondness.
I should be grateful if you would pass this on as appropriate.
With kind regards,
Mark Waller
